About Us

Join us at La Barataria Restaurant & Wine Bar for a fine dining experience in a casual, coastal atmosphere in Port Aransas, Texas.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked bar and more than 200 wines - all by the glass. Food is delicious American fare with French and Asian influences. Owner, Executive Chef, Lezlie Keebler was raised in Montreal, Quebec where she learned the restaurant / bar business, with a focus on French cuisine. Chicago bound, Lezlie spent 27 years honing her skills in the F&B Industry.

Warmer climes beckoned and Lezlie relocated to Port Aransas, Texas where she opened La Barataria Restaurant & Wine bar eight years ago.

Located on the Gulf of Mexico, La Barataria boasts breathtaking sunsets with Alfresco dining on the Upper Deck. Chef Lezlie and Sushi Chef Joshua Valdez, bring the freshest food available, straight from the farm or water to your table.
